What dishes to try in Spain (part 1)
Traditional Spanish cuisine is a curious mixture of Christian, Arab, Jewish culinary traditions. Most often used in cooking meat and seafood: oysters, shrimp, mussels. As in Greece and Italy, there are very fond of fresh vegetables and olive oil. Snacks and soups, a variety of sausages are very popular. And the main dishes – and does a different story! Traditional Spanish dishes that surprise foreign tourists
